Andy Ruszel, is a folk, swing and country artist whose warm voice and  great storytelling consistently move and charm audiences.     His songs have been recorded and covered by such Juno Award winning artists as Charlotte Diamond and the Rovers.   He has  played  at all the major festivals on the Island from the Courtenay Music Fest, Filberg Festival,  Islands Folk Fest and the Coombs Blugrass Fest and he continues to be  a favorite at folk clubs, coffee houses, restaurants and festivals.  He has  been a feature act  at the  Victorian Folk Society, Cowichan Folk Guild, and Victoria Bluegrass Association.    With a voice that's been compared to Gordon Lightfoot and Stephen Fearing audiences walk away feeling warm and uplifted by Andy's performances.  He has released three recordings of his own.   

Andy performs as a solo artist and also with a duo and trio featuring some of the islands best musicians.
